Things to do…
So far, I’m fairly pleased with the way the blog is looking, but there’s always room for improvement. Here’s a few things I plan on tweaking over the next few days:
- Get the “Post” and “Preview” buttons at a uniform size
- Get the comments to alternate background colors for easier reading
- implement a Random Quote feature so visitors will be greeted with some vintage Tard
- add more links to the blogroll
- give readers the option to watch videos at a higher resolution
I’ve checked out the site with Firefox and MSIE and it looks okay to me, but if anyone is experiencing glitches of any sort, by all means let me know. I’m especially interested in knowing how the site looks on non-Windows machines.

I’m running out of naming options for these increasingly sick people. I started out a month ago with Church Burners. Then I had to add Ebola Boys. Church Burning Ebola Boys. Now what - Church Burning Baby Butchering Ebola Boys? That’s too long. Too unwieldy. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (Source:

PZ already has the random atheist quotes which I enjoy. So I have to say I love the idea of the random creationist quote. Wait, random chance does not work. Alright, intelligently designed creationist quotes.

Fortunately there’s no short supply of idiotic creationist quotes. I found this gem at fstdt.com today:

FStDT is a gold mine, but you have to be careful. It’s hard to tell the real thing from the P-A-R-O-D-Y.

P.P.S. On your list of things to do, put “adjust link color” as they’re easy to miss.

Is that better, Janie?
I noticed that earlier when I posted a link to AtBC in a comment, but I forgot to make a mental note of it. Thanks for the reminder.
As far as FSTDT, I know there’s some fakes out there, but it seems like virtually every single entry at FSTDT has a post in the comments saying, “I call Poe”. When I see a good one, I generally follow the link to the source of the comment.
For example, have you seen this one from today?
The thread whence it came is a massive vein of industrial strength Tard; about 10 pages of people saying, “We don’t want to hear from Darwinists! We’re trying to do creation science here!”
